Two days is a perfect break from the day-to-day that allows you to set goals for your business and create a plan to get there.

And you won’t do it alone; you’ll be in a room of MSPs all focused on creating what’s next for their business. If you have a problem, it’s a good bet that someone in the room has come across it before and has a solution.

There’s also the program: you’ll learn the SGM horizon planning structure and how we create objectives that keep you and your team motivated and on track.

We’ll guide you through problem-solving and opportunity-identification exercises and help you figure out what’s reasonable and what’s not.

Finally, there will be talks on strategy, issues that MSPs are facing, and topics of interest for MSPs.

You’ll leave the summit ready to take on the following year with confidence and a real plan.

Day 1 – Divergence

9:00 – 12:00	Strategy Conversations:
	Introduction Marketing with MSPSites. Case study: how SBRs make money. Building Resilience (Mindset)
12:00-1:00	Lunch
1:00 – 4:30	Confidence in conversation – take charge of your client meetings.
	Gain tools and live practice in steering client conversations with both potential and existing clients. Confidently take the role of a trusted business advisor.
4:30 – 6:00	Reception with cocktails and snacks.

Day 2 – Convergence

8:00-9:00	Breakfast
9:00 – 10:00	Reflections & Instructions.
10:00 – 12:00	Planning Session
	Review SWOT and Strategic options. Get support from others.
12:00-1:00	Lunch
3:00 – 3:30	Create OKRs and assign tasks
	Develop executable objectives, key results, KPIs, and tasks. Create a detailed plan with names and faces. Optional Budgeting.
3:30 – 4:00 4:00 – 5:00	Awards and wrap-up. Overtime for those still working on their plan.
